The breakfast had fresh options like scrambled eggs and waffles. The room we got was dirty and had hairs on the bedding.

Beds were comfortable and the check-in process was quick. The bathroom needed cleaning and some maintenance. Parking can fill up early. Breakfast options were decent but could use more variety.

The staff really goes above and beyond when you need help. I was impressed by the large space with two bathrooms and a kitchen for our mini family gathering.

We ran out of soap and had to ask for it, which felt a bit off.

The kids enjoyed the theme park and arcade for hours, which kept them entertained. The rooms were neat, and the beds felt like clouds after all that fun.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but it still fit our budget.

The room impressed me—clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for two. The staff’s friendliness stood out, especially since I arrived late. The shower with its rain head was a nice touch, even if the hot water was a bit lukewarm. the musty smell lingered, and it could really use better maintenance. A toilet paper holder would be a simple fix, yet it’s absent. While the price was a steal, calling it a hotel feels generous; it’s more like a motel. Still, I’d gladly return for the comfort and welcoming vibe.

The room had a comfortable bed with medium firmness, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. I appreciated the soft, white bedding that felt clean. The bathroom featured modern fixtures, including a rain showerhead that added a touch of luxury. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant climate. There were ample USB charging ports, and the overall decor was tasteful. The shower had limited counter space, posing a challenge for personal care routines.

Nice little motel with a heated pool, perfect for early morning swims. Rooms are comfy and bigger than expected, with a fridge and microwave. The staff were super professional and helpful. Clean laundry facilities. Close to downtown, which is a bonus. A decent stay overall with everything needed for a quick stop.

During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely stroll through Old Town Flagstaff, just over a kilometer away, where I marveled at the vibrant atmosphere filled with college kids in costumes celebrating Halloween, and I appreciated how easy it was to walk to various attractions like the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chapel and Lowell Observatory, both roughly 2.5 kilometers from the hotel; the room was comfy and came with a nice Keurig, ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant night, but the heater was a little loud at times.

The second room wasn’t any better—freezing bathroom and barely any space to move around. Total letdown!

Check-in was smooth with friendly staff. The room was cozy, perfect for two people. The bathroom was spotless with a refreshing shower. A Keurig in-room was a nice touch. The location was excellent, just a short drive to attractions. Comfortable night's sleep ensured we'll return.

Rooms felt small compared to usual standards. Parking could be challenging later in the evening.

Reserved a handicapped room. Was given the smallest room imaginable. At 6’5” and 400lbs, the bathroom posed serious challenges. Safety bars? Absent. I paid more than my quote, and no refund when I had to leave early. Clearly, this facility has potential with improved showers and accessible amenities. The location is convenient and pet-friendly, with a lovely trail nearby. the noise from the train is disruptive. Weak security, musty odors, and a heater that pings all night detract significantly. Staff was friendly but offered no support during my considerable inconvenience. The price is appealing, yet facilities and service require serious attention.

The hotel boasts Grand Canyon views but needs structural repair. Free high-speed WiFi and social hour are a plus. The area offers good shopping and activities. I felt like a mountain explorer dining on a mix of global cuisines.

the lack of a table and chairs to sit and eat was a bit inconvenient. The room was small, with just one computer chair available. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, with free toiletries provided. There was a big comfortable bench which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the door not opening properly on multiple occasions, causing us to wait outside in the cold while it was fixed. This definitely put a damper on our experience. The room itself was sufficient for a short stay, but the door problem made us notice other inconveniences that we might have overlooked otherwise. The location of the hotel was good, and we appreciated the amenities like the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially the manager on duty when we checked out. the lack of clear information about pet fees on the website was frustrating, and the receptionist's response to our inquiry was not very helpful. The Aspen had its pros and cons. The room was comfortable, but the door issue and lack of a proper sitting area were drawbacks.

Our romantic escape was made memorable by the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant downtown area. The quick and effortless check, in process set the tone for a stress, free stay. the water pressure in the shower was perfect, providing a relaxing experience after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

The tiny rooms amplified noises, making it hard to enjoy moments of tranquility. The constant sound of traffic from Route 66 and noisy neighbors, including pets, disrupted our sleep.

the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, offering easy access to the main roads towards the grand canyon and a short walk to the centre for a local brewery pint. the room had all the essentials, including a microwave, refrigerator, blowdryer, and iron. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the shower was hot and well-pressured, and the heater worked well.

The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town Shops and the Native American ruins at Wupatki National Monument. The variety of cuisines offered at PJs Historic Route 66 Cafe was a pleasant surprise, and the laundry facilities were convenient.

Furniture, appliances need improvement.

Great modern feel, rain head showers, premium linens, excellent breakfast in a diner-themed restaurant with a fireplace.

Felt unwelcomed, nothing too much trouble.

Our stay at the Aspen inn suites was the perfect end to our family trip. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, from the comfortable beds to the modern room with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The large double shower with great hot water was a plus. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area. The hotel also had a good breakfast included, which was a great way to start our day. The location was ideal, close to the charming old town area and only a short drive from the Grand Canyon junction. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. it was a comfortable and convenient stay for our young family.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which resulted in some inconvenience. There were boxes and furniture all over the property, and the smell of bleach in our original room was overpowering.

Exceptional value for the price. I felt safe due to the excellent security measures. The breakfast was wonderful, and the shower head was the best I've experienced in a hotel. I'll recommend this hotel.
